No, I havent forgotten that over at OrgJunkie it is Menu Plan Monday! But I am cheating this week. We have just had A's party and bought loads of meat for the BBQ and we have heaps left over. So I am using that with whatever is in the pantry. My challenge for this week, since menu planning is all about saving you money, is to actually not shop at all!! So we could have some creative meals this week.
I do have to confess though, that we were out of bread, milk and margarine, so I have popped down to the shop to get those! But that is it - I promise! :)
